TwiceViral ("TwiceViral," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website www.twiceviral.com (the "Service"), which provides users with social media content templates that can be customized into finished posts.

  • Content you create: The template selections and text you enter to create your posts. We store this content so you can access, edit, and retrieve your saved posts.
  • Communications: Any information you provide when you contact us for support (e.g., at jointwiceviral@gmail.com).

We do not directly collect your phone number, postal address, or payment card information. Payments are processed by a third-party provider (see Section 3).

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent on the Service, and similar analytics data, collected through Google Analytics.
  • Device/technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information, as typically collected by analytics tools.
  • Cookies: We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to gather analytics. See Section 5.

1.3 Information from Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in using Google, we receive basic profile information from Google (such as your name and email address) as authorized by you during the Google sign-in process. We do not receive your Google password.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Provide access to templates and save your created posts
  • Process subscription payments and manage billing (via Polar Software, Inc.)
  • Understand how the Service is used, via aggregated analytics, so we can improve it
  • Communicate with you about your account, billing, or support requests
  • Maintain the security and integrity of the Service
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for targeted advertising or ad retargeting.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share limited information with the following third parties, solely to operate the Service. Google is used for Sign-In and Analytics, and receives basic profile information (name, email) as well as usage and device data for the purpose of authentication and usage analytics.

Polar Software, Inc. handles subscription billing and payment processing, and receives the information necessary to process your payment; Polar collects this directly, and we do not receive or store your payment card details.

These providers have access to your information only to the extent necessary to perform their services and are contractually or legally obligated to protect it. We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy and Polar Software, Inc.'s Privacy Policy for details on how they handle data.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TwiceViral, our users, or others.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account information and created posts for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account (see Section 7), we will delete your personal information and stored content within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain certain records (e.g., billing records) for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

  • Keep you signed in
  • Remember your preferences
  • Collect analytics data through Google Analytics
